Page 2, line 19, after the third comma, insert “COUNTY FREE”

Page 3, line 16, after “WITH” insert “COUNTY FREE”

       Line 22, after “any” insert “COUNTY FREE”

Amend title to conform

and as so amended, in the opinion of this Committee the bill is constitutional and in proper form.
